Nursery Facilities
Returning to work on a full or part time basis can conjure up
mixed feelings and emotions regarding suitable day care facilities for your child. Here at Ladybird we aim to alleviate those
worries by ensuring that your child is cared for by carefully selected, qualified and caring staff, in superior quality surroundings.
All age ranges are catered for with toys, mobiles, painting,
craft, indoor and outdoor play, sand and water, music, and many more activities; all are readily available and encouraged,
with individual and group activities.

How will my child settle in a new environment?
Our settling in policy is that above all we want each and
every child to feel safe and happy in the absence of his/her parents; to grow, and develop friendships; and to be able to
share with their parents the experiences enjoyed within the Nursery. In order to accomplish this we will:
Encourage parents to visit the Nursery with the children during the week before
admission. Introduce flexible admission
procedures where possible, to meet the needs of individual families. Make it clear to families from the beginning that they will be supported for as long as it takes to settle
their child. Give re-assurance to parents
whose children seem to be taking a long time settling into the Nursery.
