Ruth Beech Nursery Manager,

My name is Ruth Beech and I am the Nursery Manager at Ladybird Day Nursery.
I have over 17 years childcare experience and I first came to work for Ladybird in 2003. I am currently NVQ level 3 qualified
and I am also studying towards a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies. I have vast experience of working with children
of various age ranges and as with every member of staff at Ladybird I attend regular courses and training sessions, covering a
wide range of topics, to keep me up to date and informed on all the latest changes and issues involved in childcare.
Gemma Rhodes Deputy Manager, Ladybird Day Nursery. My name is Gemma Rhodes and I have over 10
years childcare experience and I have recently become a parent myself and have an NVQ level 3 qualification
in childcare. My current role is that of joint Deputy Manager, where I work alongside Ruth Beech, the Nursery Manager and
Jill Barrett, the other joint Deputy Manager. I first joined Ladybird in 2007 and have worked with children of all ages.

Barrett and I am the joint Deputy Manager at Ladybird Day Nursery. I have over 9 years childcare experience
working with children of all ages, including a child of my own, and I first came to work for Ladybird in 2006. I am NVQ
level 3 qualified and as with every member of staff at Ladybird I attend regular courses and training sessions,
covering various topics directly or indirectly related to childcare.
Sam Muir Pre-school Practitioner & SENCO, Ladybird Day Nursery. My name is Sam Muir and I have over 8 years
childcare experience and currently have an NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare. I have also successfully obtained
a foundation degree in childcare, graduating in July 2011. My current role is that of Pre-school Practitioner and I am
also the nursery SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator). I first joined Ladybird in 2007 and have worked with children
of all ages.
